TC PRECISE CERAMIC VACCUM FILTER
TC Precise ceramic vaccum filter is a new kind of energy-saving filtration equipment with high efficiency, which combines machinery, electronic, ceramic and ultrasonic technology into one. Through vaccum suction and capilary effect, it could accomplish solid-liquid separation, widely applying in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry and environment protection industry, etc.
Technical features
High vaccum(vaccum -0.09~-0.098MPa), low cake moisture.
With high filter precision, solid content<50 ppm.
Compared with tradition filtration equipment, our filter will save more than 90% engery to achieve low consuption and low running cost.
Compared with the traditional ceramic filter, the filter cake washing is increased, meanwhile, the washing material is suitable for washing.
PLC, microcomputer combined with automatic valve control to come true the high automation and reduce labour intensity.
It is convenient to install and maintain for its compact structure and small occupation area.
It adopts advanced liquid drainage system and can be used in any working condition.
Working Principle
Slurry absorption zone: When working, the filter plates immersed into the filter sink absorb the filtrate by capillary effect and vacuum pressure, a filter cake forms on the plate surface, the filtrate drainages through distribution valve, then into the filtrate tank.
Elution zone: After plates with filter cake leave the slurry sink,the cake can be sprayed and washed.
Drying zone: The filter cake continues to dry under the action of high vacuum.
Unloading zone: The cake will unload automatically with the scrapers when entering the vacuum free area.
Backwashing zone: Industial water or filtrate goes through instrument the distribution valve into the ceramic plate from inside to outside to clean the blocked pores. After using ceramic plates for a period of time, ultrasonic cleaning with a low concentration acid can maintain the efficient use of ceramic plates.
