Between the vacuum chamber and rubber belt is annular friction belt with water sealing, lubrication and cooling.
The rubber belt adopts roller-supporting,it reduces the running resistance and is beneficial to extend the life of the rubber belt.
The ring type of friction belt is used, the tensile strength is large and the service life is long.
The overall structure adopt modular design, assembled flexibly and easy to transport and installation.
Air bag automatic rectifying device can ensure the stable operation of the filter cloth.
With the vacuum equilibrium, The automatic drainage separation device or of fluid column type drainage separation device, the flexibility to realize automatic vacuum belt hydroextractor zero differential poor drainage, drainage or high to meet the requirements of various kinds of working conditions.
PLC control technology and the design of the interface technology with remote DCS control is fully considered. It can realize the PID adjustment of equipment operation, automatic control on site and long-distance control, security guarantee and process monitoring of equipment operation.
