The TONCIN GNZ Center Drive High Rate Thickener is a high-efficiency solid-liquid separation system designed for continuous slurry thickening and clarification across a wide range of industrial processes. It can be applied in mineral processing, metallurgy, chemical processing, tailings management, industrial wastewater treatment, and other applications requiring increased slurry concentration or clarified liquid recovery.
The system integrates an efficient feed and flocculation system, thickening tank, center drive unit, rake mechanism, automatic rake lifting, and process control into a continuous thickening solution. By promoting rapid settling and stable solids-liquid separation, it increases the solids concentration of the underflow while producing a clarified overflow for recycling, discharge, or subsequent process use.
Equipment configuration, thickener diameter, underflow concentration, throughput, and other operating parameters should be determined based on representative slurry testing, material characteristics, process requirements, and actual project conditions.

- Q: How to pack the products?A:We use stuitable package for ocean shipment according to our experience. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required.
- Q: What is the delivery time?A:It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.
- Q: How to pay?A:TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 50% deposit before producing, 50% balance before loading by TT.
