Toncin high-tate thickener can be divided into general high-rate thickener, high-concentration thickener, anddeep-cone paste thickener as per underflow concentration
1.GNZ centradriving high-rate thickener, has a slope of 7-9 degreesfor its tank floor and a helght of 3m for its flat sidewhile its underflow concentration can normally reach 45-50%.
2.High-concentration thickener, has a slope of14~20 degrees for its tank floor and a slightly higherflat side than a general high-fate thickener; side-slopetechnique can also be adopted. lts underflow concentrationcan normally reach 55-60%.
3.Paste thickener,SGN deep-cone high-atethickener, has a greater slope of 25~35 degrees forlits tank floor and a height of over 6m for its flat side(the height will gain with increase of tank diameter) Its height-diameter ratio can reach 0.4~1.2,and itsunderflow concentration can normally reach above60%.
1.Design of main driving and rake lifting gear
(1)Driving framework and chassis are made according to heavy type transmission device,
running is stable and reliable.
(2)Full automatic rake lifting
(3)Star transmission,the max running torque is 5000,000Nm.The designed torque of driving transmission Is designed according to following standards.
Running torque value: 33% of the designed torque.
High torque alarm: 50% of the designed torque.
Rake rising; 60% of the designed torque.
Rake decreasing: 40% of the designed torque.
The designed torque value of mechanical device: 150% of the designed torque.
2. Control System
Site control and remote control are combined,DCS control points are supplied.
(1)PLC control,overloading protection.
(2)Material discharging terminal is set up with mud layer pressure sensor to control rotation and mud discharging by pump.
