Operating Principle:

Preparation stage.
After flocculation, sludge will be distributed to the filter cloth. Much water will separate with floc under gravity. The efficiency of the preparation depend on filter cloth, sludge and flocculation.
Wedge pre-press dewatering stage
After gravitational dewatering, flow ability will be much lower but still cannot be pressed by roller. Wedge pre-press dewatering will remove surface water and make the flow ability to a certain condition which ensure sludge will be pressed properly.
Squeezing dewatering stage
Then sludge will be conveyed to squeezing roller system. The roller’s size gradually be smaller meaning while, the outside pressure being larger.
