A Conventional ordinary thickener conducts thickening and dewatering by means of gravity sediment ofmaterials,which is, however,low in output and requires a large floor space despite a low running cost for theequipment;with the continuous developme:chnology,especially the drop of flocculantcost,it has become the predominant practiment to optimize the equipment structureand adopt flocculant to assist dewateringkener:based on the thickening techniqueof British SUNNY Group and through introally updated thickener technique,we have developed GNZ new central driving High-rah-rate thickener,SGN deep-cone High-ratethickener,GNYZ High-rate high-pressure thinal ordinary thickener;all these new Highrate thickeners have introduced the functio!*ring while in structure,we have central andtraction driving,with tank floor of variable slope plus deep-cone,to meet the applicationdemand of various sectors;by means of opuizig te equupment structure and adopting flocculant to assisdewatering,the newly developed thickener possesses such remarkable features as speedy thickening eficiency,hightreatment capacity and high underflow concentration,and is now widely applied to dewatering of various metal andnon-metal ores,and the slurry solid-liquid separation in sectors like metallurgy,coals,chemicals,mine tailings andenvironment protection.

Features


  1. Adoption of round-shaped tank body,varlable-slope or deep-cone tankfloor can achieve in-depth filtration and deep compression,and tank floor ofvariable slope can accelerate the pollution-removing of high-concentrationunderflow towards the center;speeding up greatly the concentrationefficiency,making the concentration efficiency 3~8 times of that of theordinarythickener,and underflow concentration can reach 40~70%2.Highly capable driving system and driving protection systemThe rotary mechanism is driven by the high-rate planetary gearboxthrough low-speed hydraulic motor or drive motor.And rake lifting isconducted by lifting device,and rotary rake is lifted by a number ofhydraulic cylinders or lifting reducers running in parallel,to enable drivingunload and reducing load so as to protect the driving system.Modulardesign is adopted for highly-capable driving system,and standard partsshould be used as much as possible,to meet requirements for equipmentserialization,with the following remarkable features compared with

Conventionaldrive unit:A.Planetary gearbox provides stable torque and thrust load capacity.B.Accurate system torgue monitoring can be realized through themeasurement of hydraulic pressure sensor or torque meter for maindrive motor shaft ,so as to realize the effective protection for the driverake device.(The hydraulic pressure drive starts the rake to lift or descendthrough the monitoring for hydraulic pressure;,start alarming and motor tipthrough separate pressure switch monitoring; The pressure release valve setting on the hydraulic circuit can assurethat the driving device absolutely can not exceed the design rated torque and over-torque can't happen;The motordrive activates alarming and rake to lift or descend and motor trip through the measuring and monitoring for themotor shaft torque.

    Structure

    SUNNY high-tate thickener can be divided into general high-rate thickener, high-concentration thickener, anddeep-cone paste thickener as per underflow concentration.


    1.A general hl-rate thickener, l.e.. GNZ centradriving high-rate thickener, has a slope of 7-9 degreesfor its tank floor and a helght of 3m for its flat sidewhile its underflow concentration can normally reach45-50%.


    2.High-concentration thickener, has a slope of14~20 degrees for its tank floor and a slightly higherflat side than a general high-fate thickener; side-slopetechnique can also be adopted, le, GNYZ high-tate andhign-pressure thickener. lts underflow concentrationcan normally reach 55-60%.


  4. 3.Paste thickener,1.e.SGN deep-cone high-atethickener, has a greater slope of 25~35 degrees forlits tank floor and a height of over 6m for its flat side(the height will gain with increase of tank diameter) Its height-diameter ratio can reach 0.4~1.2,and itsunderflow concentration can normally reach above60%.
