The SGN Deep Cone Paste Thickener comprises a deep taper, feeding apparatus, stirring mechanism, control unit, drug delivery system, and an automated control system. The slurry undergoes initial processing in the deaeration tank before being directed to the swirling feeding tank. Following flocculation in the feeding tank, the pulp proceeds into the dense sediment layer. Through processes such as reflocculation, filtration, and compression within the dense sediment layer, the clarified overflow water is discharged from the overflow weir, while the high-concentration underflow is released from the bottom cone.
