The friction belt in between the vacuum chamber and rubber belt is a circular belt that provides water sealing, lubrication, and cooling.
The rubber belt is supported by rollers, which reduces resistance and extends its lifespan.
The friction belt is designed in a ring shape, with high tensile strength and a long service life.
The overall structure is modular, allowing for flexible assembly, easy transportation, and installation.
An air bag automatic rectifying device ensures the stable operation of the filter cloth.
With the vacuum balance, either an automatic drainage separation device or a fluid column type drainage separation device can be used to achieve automatic drainage that meets the requirements of different working conditions.
The PLC control technology and interface design with remote DCS control have been carefully considered. This allows for PID adjustment of equipment operation, on-site and long-distance automatic control, and provides security and process monitoring of equipment operation.
