DU RUBBER BELT VACCUM FILTE
Description
The DU rubber belt vacuum filter operates by utilizing vacuum negative 3pressure to achieve solid-liquid separation. Its filtration section is horizontally arranged, allowing for continuous processes such as filtration, washing, blotting, and filter cloth regeneration. This equipment boasts high filtration efficiency, a 2large production capacity, effective washing capabilities, a low water content in the filter cake, flexible operation, and minimal maintenance costs.

The degree of automation is high, including continuous automation of feeding, filtering, washing, drying, unloading, and filter cloth cleaning, which improves production efficiency and reduces operating costs.
The filtration speed is fast, the material passes through the sedimentation zone, with large particles at the bottom and small particles at the top. The filter cake structure is reasonable, and the filtrate has low permeability resistance, allowing for rapid thin-layer filtration.
The washing effect is good, and it can achieve multi-stage parallel or countercurrent washing, with uniform and thorough washing. The mother liquor and washing solution can be collected and reused separately according to the process needs.
The control system applies DCS technology, which can achieve on-site and remote automatic control
Working principle:
The vacuum belt filter uses filter cloth as the filtering medium and an integral annular rubber belt as the vacuum chamber. The circular rubber belt is driven by a transmission device to run in a straight line, and the solid-liquid separation of the slurry is achieved through a sealing system. When the vacuum system intervenes, the solid is carried on the filter belt and removed by a scraper, while the liquid is received by an automatic drain tank and discharged through a water seal device or switching device. The filter cloth is continuously cleaned online by high-pressure flushing liquid to obtain regeneration
