Tailored to different operational requirements, the rubber cover material can be formulated with various compositions to meet specific needs. The belt shaping and vulcanization processes are seamlessly integrated into a single operation, eliminating the necessity for an additional splicing step and significantly improving belt straightness performance stability.

To facilitate the filtration process, grooves are either cut or molded into the top cover of the rubber filter belt, accompanied by strategically placed drainage holes in the central region. These drainage holes allow the filtrate to be directed to the vacuum box through the action of a vacuum pump. Importantly, the drainage hole section is free of fabric, preventing corrosive liquids from contacting the fabric and causing delamination. This design enhances the durability of the rubber filter belt, ensuring prolonged service life.
