GNZ Central Drive High Efficiency Thickener is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment designed by our company by introducing foreign advanced technology. The thickener has many national patents such as central drive, high-efficiency feeding hopper and automatic feeding technology. The heavy-duty movement design ensures the normal operation of the machine under extreme conditions and greatly improves the concentration efficiency. GNZ high-efficiency thickener uses the gravity of materials and flocculation sedimentation to achieve high-efficiency dehydration. After the slurry and flocculant are mixed in the feeding tank, they are sent to the high-efficiency feeding hopper (steady flow tank). This thickener consists of round thickener and harrow scrapping machine, the solid particles suspend in thickener settling by gravity, the pulp in the upper turn into clean water, so that the separation can be realized. 1.Design of main driving and rake lifting gear

Rake rising; 60% of the designed torque.
Rake decreasing: 40% of the designed torque.
The designed torque value of mechanical device: 150% of the designed torque.
