SGN Deep Cone Paste Thickener is mainly composed of deep taper, feeding device, stirring device, control box, drug delivery device and automatic control system. Slurry first enters the deaeration tank for processing, and then enters the swirling feeding tank. The pulp after flocculated in the feeding tank enters the dense sediment layer. By the reflocculation, filtration, and compression of the dense sediment layer, the clarified overflow water is discharged from the overflow weir and the high concentration underflow is discharged from the bottom cone.

However, this method often results in low output and requires a large floor space, despite being cost-effective. With the advancement of modern flocculation technology and the decrease in flocculant costs, it has become common practice to optimize gravity sediment equipment by incorporating flocculants for improved dewatering.
Building on the traditional thickening technique and incorporating the latest global thickener technology, we have developed a range of new high-rate thickeners. These include the GNZ central driving high-rate thickener, GNJ traction high-rate thickener, SGN deep-cone high-rate thickener, and GNYZ high-rate high-pressure thickener. These new thickeners feature flocculant-assisted dewatering and come in various structures such as central and traction driving, with tank floors of variable slope, deep-cone design, and a combination of variable slope and deep-cone to cater to different industry needs.
By optimizing the equipment structure and utilizing flocculants for dewatering, our newly developed thickeners offer rapid thickening efficiency, high treatment capacity, and high underflow concentration.
