Work Principle
Filtration Stage: The slurry is pumped into all chambers, forming a filter cake as filtrate flows out.
Diaphragm Pressing 1: High-pressure water is injected into the diaphragm in each chamber, further extruding the filter cake, and more filtrates flow out.
Cleaning (Optional): Cleaning water runs into the chamber and goes through the cake and filter cloth.
Diaphragm Pressing 2: Similar to diaphragm pressing 1.
Air Blowing: Compressed air is blown through the solids for final dewatering.
Solids Discharge and Cloth Washing: After the plate pack opens, the dewatered solids are conveyed out of each chamber on the moving filter cloth. The integrated wash unit sprays both sides of the cloth with high-pressure water, ensuring consistent filtration results.
