Product Introduction:
Continuous Centrifuge It belongs to vertical type centrifugally-discharging screen filter diversion machine which has one complete set of diversion device to effectively adjust period of materials in the machine so that content of solid materials will be lowest with good effect on materials with 40μm.
The material enters into the centrifuge from the upper part, and the distributor continuously fills the material into the diversion channel. Under the action of the centrifugal force, the material flows down the diversion channel. During the flow, the liquid penetrates the filter into the sump while the solid material is discharged along the diversion channel into the lower solids collection bin. The LXD centrifuge, using the centrifugal force, simultaneously completes centrifugal filtration and centrifugal discharge. The angle of the diversion channel can be arbitrarily adjusted so that the length of the channel can be changed, the residence time of the material in the diversion channel can be controlled, and the moisture content of the solid material can be controlled to the optimum state.
