Brief Introduction

HVPF Vertical automatic filter press is a new type solid-liquid separation equipment independently developed by our company that is high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. The equipment uses the pressure of the pump, the gravity of the material and the extrusion of the rubber diaphragm to quickly filter the slurry through the filter cloth, so as to achieve efficient solid-liquid separation.

Characteristic

HVPF Vertical automatic filter press is widely used in the fields of lithium battery, biology, chemical industry, mining, metallurgy, electric power, new energy, food and medicine, coal washing, environmental protection industry.

In 2009, the vertical automatic filter press won the national "invention patent". In addition to the basic functions of the traditional filter press, the remarkable features of the equipment are as follows:

① Filter plate tower structure, horizontal filtration, multi-cylinder synchronous up and down operation, hydraulic cylinder self-guiding, compact structure and novel design.

② Filtering, squeezing, washing, drying, discharging. The whole operation process of filter cloth regeneration is completed automatically and continuously.

③ Extrusion pressure up to 2.0MPa. The effect is particularly significant for sites with viscous materials and low requirements for filter cake moisture.

④ The operation of the equipment is fully hydraulically controlled that is table operation, reliable and high safety.

⑤ PLC, touch screen, automatic valve automatic control are adopted that is easy operation and high degree of automation.

⑥ Lower moisture of filter cake, greater production capacity, and higher work efficiency, which is several times or even more than ten times the function of the traditional filter press.

Working principle

Filtration stage：

When the filter plate is closed, the slurry is pumped into the filter chamber. The filtrate is discharged through the filter cloth, and the filter cake is formed on the surface of the filter cloth.

First squeezing:

The high-pressure water enters the rubber diaphragm and squeezes the filter cake, squeezing out the liquid in the filter cake.

Washing(forward or countercurrent, optional)

After entering the filter chamber, the washing liquid passes through the filter cake and then discharged through the filter cloth.

Second squeezing:

Similar to first squeezing

Air drying

When compressed air passes through the cake, the gas minimizes cake moisture.

Discharging of filter cake

When the air drying process is completed, the filter plate assembly is opened, the filter cloth is rotated, and the filter cake falls from both sides of the filter press, then the filter cloth enters the cleaning device to complete cleaning and regeneration.
