This equipment integrates functions such as filtration, cake washing, extrusion, air drying, automatic unloading, and automatic cleaning of filter cloth. It uses a PLC programmable controller and signal control devices set at various control points of the filter press to ensure safe and reliable automatic closed-loop operation of the filter press. It operates 100% automatically without manual intervention, reducing the labor intensity of workers.
(3) Low moisture content in filter cake
By using high-pressure diaphragm extrusion and high-pressure air blowing drying, the moisture content of the filter cake is significantly reduced.

The filter plates are placed horizontally, and each filter plate is individually and quickly fed, resulting in fast feeding and high output.
(5) Filter cloth regeneration
Equipped with an automatic cleaning device for filter cloth, both sides of the filter cloth are washed with clean water.

The electric control cabinet adopts a touch screen to display real-time images and data of each operation action of the filter press, which can adjust the filter press process parameters for users at any time according to changes in on-site working conditions.
(7) The sealing pressure of the filter plate is high, and no slurry is sprayed
High pressure oil cylinder compression, automatic pressure maintenance, can ensure reliable sealing of the filter press under 1.6Mpa diaphragm pressing pressure.

Principle
The long program control working mode of the vertical filter press has six processes: filtration: pumping into the material suspension; Primary diaphragm extrusion: extrusion to form a filter cake; Filter cake washing: clean water washing and filtering; Secondary diaphragm extrusion: re-extruding the filter cake; Filter cake blow drying: high-pressure air blow drying to take away a small amount of moisture; Filter cake discharge and filter cloth washing: the filter cake is dropped on both sides, the material is discharged, and the filter cloth is washed at the same time.
