Product Introduction:

The HVPF vertical press filter is a cutting-edge filtration system that surpasses all other filters currently in existence. Unlike vacuum filters, it relies on pressure to efficiently separate solid and liquid substances. By utilizing either air or water, the HVPF filter creates a substantial pressure difference on each side of the filter cloth, allowing it to effectively filter slurry. Due to gravity, some of the filtrate enters the filtrate chamber through the cloth, while high-pressure water compels the rubber diaphragm to expel filtrate from the filter cake. Once the process is finished, the operator operates the filter cloth, and the filter cakes are discharged from both ends of the cloth.

Supply Range and Requirements on Local Installation:


  1. (1) The HVPF vertical automatic press filter is an advanced filtration system that outperforms all others worldwide. Unlike filters that rely on vacuum technology, this one utilizes air or water to generate a strong pressure difference on both sides of the filter cloth, resulting in highly efficient separation of solids and liquids.


  2. (2) To operate the filter, simply close the filter plate and pump the slurry into the filter chamber using the slurry pipes. Due to gravity, a portion of the filtrate will pass through the filter cloth and enter the filtrate chamber. The rubber diaphragm is then compelled by high-pressure water to extract the filtrate from the filter cake. Once the process is finished, the filter cloth and filter cakes are discharged from both sides of the filter cloth.


  3. (3) The HVPF vertical automatic press filter consists of various components, including the main unit, hydraulic station, water station, cleaning system, and control system.


  4. (4) To install the machine, it must be positioned on a sturdy, level surface made of reinforced concrete or steel. The customer should consult the foundation size and related dimensions prior to installation, and the depth of the groundwork should be determined based on the customer's requirements.

 Working Process:

Tower Vertical Press Filter

  1. (1) Filtering stage: when the filter plate closed, the slurry is pumped into filter chamber through slurry pipe. The filtrate enter into the filtrate chamber through filter cloth, and get into filtrate manifold through filtrate tube, meanwhile, the filter cake is formed in the filter chamber.

  2. (2) Extrusion: the high pressure water enters into membrane through the tube and make the membrane extrudes towards filter cake to make the filtrate of the filter cake extrude out. 

  3. (3) Cake washing: the washing water is pumped into filter chamber by slurry pipe, after washing the cake and through cloth flow into the discharge pipes.

  4. (4) Air drying: the air flow with water go through the filter cake, which can reduce the moisture of filter cake to the maximum and empty the filtrate chamber at the same time.

  5. (5)Filter cake discharge: when the drying process finished, the driving parts drive the filter cloth to run and the filter cake discharges from both sides of filter cloth.

Every nozzle and diaphragm are designed and inspected very carefully to keep the equipment safe when high pressure water gets into chambers.
