Cake Discharge and Transporter Belt
In most applications, cake discharge occurs spontaneously by gravity. For wet, sticky products, TONCIN can equip the filter with cake scrapers or water slides to ensure complete cake removal and prevent material buildup that could affect operational efficiency. TONCIN has successfully manufactured extra-wide filters utilizing 4.8-meter rubber belts, with belt materials selected from natural rubber, SBR, neoprene, or EPDM based on process requirements.
