1、 Add 10-15% oxalic acid solution into the storage tank so that the liquid level of the oxalic acid solution just covers the ceramic plate.
2、Place the ceramic plate to be cleaned vertically into the oxalic acid solution, with the ceramic plate nozzle facing upward and keeping it above the liquid level.
3、Soak the ceramic plate in the oxalic acid solution for 3-7 days. The specific time is adjusted according to the degree of blockage of the ceramic plate.
4、Backflush the soaked ceramic plates with compressed air at a backflush pressure of 0.2-0.4MPa.
5、Install the cleaned ceramic plates into the machine for use or store them for later use.
Note : Always keep the faucet of the ceramic plate above the liquid level during soaking to prevent magazines from entering the interior of the ceramic plate from the faucet.
