The electrofused white steel jade is carefully selected using a 500T hydraulic press for gradient molding. It undergoes an overall sintering process at a temperature of 1430 ℃, resulting in a high-pressure resistance of up to 8bar. The membrane layer is exceptionally strong, while the skeleton has a high density, making it wear-resistant, pressure-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
This composite material is integrated without the need for glue bonding, ensuring good water permeability with a pore rate of 92%. The pre-coating process involves a 1800 mesh ultra-fine white steel jade spraying process, which enhances the capillary effect and minimizes vacuum loss. As a result, the filtration precision is high, and the vacuum energy consumption is low.
Furthermore, this material has a high pore opening rate, enabling large production capacity and maintaining a high filtration precision while minimizing vacuum energy consumption. It can be easily cleaned using high temperature, high pressure, organic solvents, and other methods. With its long service life and various regeneration methods, its scope of use is significantly expanded.
