An annular friction belt with water sealing, lubrication, and cooling is positioned between the vacuum chamber and the rubber belt in the system. This design ensures effective sealing and cooling mechanisms.
The rubber belt incorporates roller support, minimizing running resistance and contributing to an extended belt lifespan.
A durable ring-type friction belt with high tensile strength enhances longevity.
The modular design of the overall structure allows for flexible assembly, easy transportation, and installation.
The inclusion of an airbag automatic rectifying device ensures stable filter cloth operation.
By employing vacuum equilibrium, the system incorporates either an automatic drainage separation device or a fluid column type drainage separation device. This provides flexibility for achieving automatic vacuum belt hydroextractor with zero differential poor drainage or high drainage, catering to various working conditions.
